Rick and Kelli at Real Steel are very eager to help and to make sure the customer experience is of high quality. Rick’s attention to detail on the products that he produces in his shop is very evident with everything he builds, whether it’s the paint job, the quality of the welds, the logistics of getting something picked up or delivered, his attention to making sure the product was produced correctly is job one!
Rick is very knowledgeable about the material he works with and keeps himself trained on the latest practices.
Kelli is always a delight to talk to on the phone and/or emails. Greets you with a smile every time you see her and takes care of the business end of the transactions with grace.
